I'm using addons and some are supported some not. I've searched for the error message and no luck finding anything on it anywhere.

When I go to CBC plugin and click on Shows I get a message "Could not find a show list". When I look at the plugin's Python script, iniy.py, it appears to be going to "https://api-cbc.cloud.clearleap.com/". If I go to that URL, I see CBC's featured shows, which tells me that that link is ok. Is there anyone else having issues? Is there anyone who does not have any issues? I am having this issue on a variety of platforms, LG-TV, Chromebook, Linux Mint.

Request Channel

So I wanted to let my users request movies and TV Shows to be added to my server, but I didn't want to install another service so I made a Plex Channel for it. Plex Channel Development isn't the greatest but I think it works well enough.

Features:

• Allow users to search OpenMovieDatabase, TheMovieDatabase, TVDB for movies and tv shows, retrieving summaries and posters.
• Manage the requests from users in one central location
• Couchpotato and Sonarr support is integrated for automation. New: Manage Sonarr shows from within the plugin.
• Pushbullet, Pushover, Email support is also included for notifications whenever a new request is made.

This will be a beta release so it may not be completely stable yet.

I have only tested this with PlexWeb and Android, so there may be more bugs on other platforms. Sometimes Plex won't want to show posters so you might have to manually change from list to another view format. Also in PlexWeb when entering in input, you have to use the searchbar, a new textbox won't pop up. On other platforms there you click the link and a box should pop up. The default Pushover key will have a limit of 7,000 hits per month, if you want to avoid this, you can use your own Pushover keys.

Let me know if there are bugs and feel free to fork the project on GitHub. If anyone would like to create some more icons that would be great as well.

I have installed the Nvidia Shield to use the Plex DVR Capabilities and found I also needed the Hd homerun tuner so I have gotten that. I am using a Lenovo Computer with Windows 10. I am trying to figure out if I have all installed correctly . I have a Seagate Backup Slim 2TB. Do I hook that to the computer? Also do I need the Nvidia Shield or can I return it .

What is Common Sense Media?

Common Sense Media is a metadata agent for Plex Media Server that adds their recommended age as content rating. It will optionally add a short description as tagline and the Common Sense movie review to reviews.

Requirements

A Plex movie library with the Plex Movie agent or The Movie Database agent set as primary agent.

How do I install Common Sense Media?

You can install Common Sense Media:

• From within the Unsupported AppStore, or:
• Manually: See the support article "How do I manually install a channel?" over at the Plex support website.

Don't forget to activate the agent in Settings > Server > Agents after installing. Drag it all the way to the top of the list to prevent other agents from overruling the content rating.

If you want to install the agent manually or if you are interested in the source code, you can download the latest copy of the agent from Github: releases

Limitations and Known Issues

• Due to not being able to grab certain data directly I had to build a small API that takes IMDb ids and returns required data. This API is still a bit slow due to a number of http requests it has to do. Lots of requests are cached, so the more the agent gets used, the faster it will become.

Where do I report issues?

Create an issue on Github and add as much information as possible:
- Plex Media Server version
- Primary agent and order of any secondary agents

I did some work on the Twitch channel, since it was pretty lacking in features compared to Kodi.

Introduction

This plug-in was created for personal usage stream from my HDHomeRun PRIME to Roku 3. This allows up to 3 TV streams to be viewed by 3 different clients simultaneously. Due to Plex limitations with live streams, I  wouldn't recommend buying a HDHomeRun device solely to run with Plex and this Plug In. I am looking to write a plugin to play a local movie starting at a specific time stamp. Specifically I want to impersonate a video playing on a loop like TBS does for a christmas story. That way I can login an sometime and be at a "random" point.

Hey everyone,
Early January I gave the very talented Sander a challenge, and we worked a week on it. The challenge was to try and create a Dreambox plugin which I could use in my setup which would fetch my cousins dreambox content.
I am pleased to say that we have a working first draft which you guys can tryout if you want to.

It uses the raw stream at a specific IP, but we also tried to build in support for having a transcoder at a seperate address in case people outside your network wants to view, but has limited bandwidth.

Go into the plugin, choose preferences. In the host field you add the IP address to your dreambox. In the "web interface port" you add the port which the web interface uses. This plugin uses the web interface to change channels. The field called "Streaming video port" should contain the port from which you stream transcoded material (if any).

Maybe in the future Sander will have time to help me flesh this out, but for now this is what exists. Let me know how it works for you guys.


Limitations: This plugin is only tested with the web interface that is called Enigma Web Interface - Pli Edition. Until more development is done to support the Dreambox API, no other web interface will work I believe.

I use plex to stream Video and Music to my devices locally and through the Internet as well. I, now, would like to stream TV channels I get through an m3u protocol. I'd be so grateful if you can help me set that up. Your help is highly appreciated.
