(REQ) Time4tv

I dont know anything about programming or anything like that and I saw this website called time4tv, it has lots of live links to various channels around the world and was wondering if its possible if anyone with the know how could create a channel based on this website.

I sometimes use the site from time to time but its riddled with ads so a plex plugin would be nice, thanks for reading my post.
