I've been having problems streaming anything from the FOX channel for almost 3 months now on my Samsung Smart TV (2015 model), smartphone, amazon kindle, laptop, and any other android tablet ever since one of the previous PMS updates. I thought maybe this would have been addressed and fixed through the recent PMS updates but this still has not been fixed after the last two PMS updates.
Every time I try to play any episode from any of the shows, I get the following error message:
"There seems to be a problem. The requested stream could not be found."
I know I am not alone either as several family and friends have been having the same issue and I even notice other people complaining about the same issue on here but it doesn't seem to be addressed, only the Comedy Central channel issue was.
On a side note, (I was unable to post about this in the Samsung 2012-2015 forum because it is currently closed) but I noticed that it was mentioned that versions 2.007 is now available in the Samsung SmartHub app store for the older tv models. However, my 2015 tv tells me my Plex app is already up to date and it currently only has the 2.005 version. When I go to the app in the app store itself, I can see that it says 2.007 was added to the store back in December, and it tells me that I have 2.005 installed and nowhere is there an option to update it 2.007.
I hope these two issues can be addressed soon.
