Error "Couldn't create the playback session for this item" on iOS for SHOUTcast music channel

I have an iPad with version 4.9 of the iOS app, and a Win 7 server running PMS version 1.4.4.3495
I have added SHOUTcast as a channel but it will not play to iOS, either iPad or iPhone. I get the error noted in the title of this post. It will play on a PC using the Plex app without issue.
I have attached the iOS logs and the PMS logs.
