New install of Webtools 2.x crashes. Sad face...

I renamed WebTools.bundle-Master to WebTools.bundle, then copied it to the Plug ins folder on my Mac mini Plex server, Made sure rights were read&write for everyone in that folder and rebooted the server. I can log into the web interface but when I go to load the unsupported app store page so I can install a Channel I get this pop up with the error:

Requested URL: /webtools2?module=git&function=updateUASCache&_=1489423834201
Error Code/Message: 500/Internal Server Error

So I did what the dialog box said and same thing happens. This is from my logs:
2017-03-13 12:49:34,480 (70000a415000) : CRITICAL (git:517) - Exception in updateUASCache strptime() argument 1 must be string, not None (most recent call last):
File "/Users/fredbrodeur/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins/WebTools.bundle/Contents/Code/git.py", line 503, in updateUASCache
Log.Exception("Unexpected Error " + str(e))
TypeError: strptime() argument 1 must be string, not None

I have this awesome tool running perfectly on my Synology NAS and want the same functionality on my Mac Plex server.
I would really appreciate any help you can give to get this straightened out.
