ive downloaded this twice on windos 10, the 1st time it was missing a bunch of dll`s so i downloaded again and everytime i go to play a channel,any channel i get this message """sorry there was a problem playing this item"" wtf any clues hints or advice? i downloaded this on my computer with the hopes of connecting to my tv to watch thnx in advance
