I recently used the Plex It to add a video from Youtube. When I try to play in with Plex with my Roku I get error message, "VIDEO UNAVAILABLE" Sorry, but we cannot play this video. The original video may no longer be available, or it may be in a format that isn't supported. This video is listed on the tv under "queue".
This is just with the most recent ones in the past few days as older one are playing normally.
Now when I try to play it using Plex on my computer it works fine.
Why can I watch it on my computer but not on the TV?
If I wanted to watch on computer then I would not use the Plex It feature.
Is there anyway that possibly some settings got changed? If so, how do I change them as I do not like to food around with any computer settings. Too much for me but I could probably have someone do it for me if I have the instructions.
Hopefully somebody has encountered this problem and knows about this.
