When I try to fast forward a game on NFL Game Pass using Plex/Roku I can only go forward a few minutes - if I try to go any further than that:
1. The stream starts buffering, maxes out at 33% then stops altogether (ie. the 33% disappears leaving a blank screen with the NFL logo)
2. Starts buffering again, this time maxing out at 13% before stopping altogether
3. Repeats step 2
4. Displays a "Video Unavailable" error: Sorry, but we can't play this video. The original video may no longer be available, or it may be in a format that isn't supported.
I have two Roku 3s in my house and the problem occurs on both.
I have also tested this through the Plex web client and a similar issue occurs. In this case the stream freezes and the orange spinning circle appears (but without a buffering %). It just keeps doing this - nothing else happens no matter how long I wait.
I subscribed to NFL Game Pass last year and from memory was able to fast forward on Plex/Roku without any issues so not sure why this is happening.
