RTL-SDR stick for FM Radio.

I recently bought a RTL-SDR DVB-T FM DAB stick (my mistake) to use as an FM radio receiver for my windows plex server. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about a streaming service for FM radio on windows for this particular product? I am simply trying not to have to purchase another dongle for the FM service.
