G'day folks,
I've got ccloud installed on my PMS and whilst some channels work I'm trying to figure out why Sky Sports F1 channel won't work. The channel icon shows a ? (question mark) with a blue background and i keep getting a message saying "Can't play this video". According to ccloud's website, the channel servers are working, i even found a live stream, sniffed it and uploaded the m3u8 url to ccloud but my Plex still won't play it. Is there a particular reason why it won't play? I'm new to this stuff and i'm still learning and i'm hoping someone might be able to give me the headsup.
